These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Whave Webโ€™s websites, products, and services, including domain registration and management, DNS hosting/management, web hosting, SSL certificates, and related security add-ons (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.


Who we are. Whave Web (“Whave Web,” “we,” “us”) provides domain registration and web hosting services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Eligibility. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Use of our Services is subject to acceptable use, payment obligations, and compliance with applicable registry, ICANN, and thirdโ€‘party provider requirements.

Whave Web

1. Accounts and security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. 2. Orders, billing, and renewals. Fees for Services are due as stated at purchase. Many Services renew automatically unless you disable auto-renew or cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for initial and renewal fees, taxes, and applicable charges. 3. Domain registration terms. Domain registrations are subject to the rules and policies of the applicable registry and ICANN, including dispute policies and transfer requirements. You agree to provide accurate registrant information and keep it current. You acknowledge that domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed. 4. DNS and hosting usage. You agree not to use the Services to transmit malware, conduct phishing, distribute spam, infringe intellectual property, or engage in unlawful activity. We may suspend or limit Services to protect our network, other customers, or third parties. 5. Acceptable use and prohibited content. You must comply with our acceptable use requirements and any posted guidelines. Prohibited uses include: unauthorized access attempts, network abuse, DDoS attacks, content that is illegal, or activity that interferes with the integrity or performance of the Services. 6. Backups and data responsibility. Unless a specific Service includes backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for loss of data due to customer actions, third-party actions, or events outside our reasonable control. 7. Third-party services. Some features may rely on third-party providers (e.g., certificate authorities, registries, payment processors). Your use may be subject to third-party terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. 8. Service availability and changes. We aim for reliable uptime, but the Services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features, provided we act reasonably and in good faith. 9. Intellectual property. We retain all rights in our websites, branding, and software. You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services. 10. Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. 11. Termination. You may cancel Services according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with legal requirements. 12. Disclaimers. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 13. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whave Web will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 14. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Whave Web from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms. 15. Governing law.
